Her philosophy, “never generic”, means that from the discovery meeting to closing gifts Lindsay’s approach is deliberate, bespoke, and aimed at supporting the individuals behind the transaction. Proactively addressing the question of what’s next, Lindsay ensures her clients are empowered with the knowledge and confidence to approach each stage of the transaction with eyes wide open.
An early exposure to real estate and a lifelong passion for understanding what home means to different people brought Lindsay to the industry in 2019. Born and raised on Vancouver Island, with both parents involved in real estate, she grew up in an environment that nurtured this interest. After a few short years in the industry, Lindsay has won the MLS Gold Award and the RE/MAX Platinum Award. She is in the top 10 of her brokerage which is one of the top producing brokers in the Greater Victoria area.
Lindsay resides on the Saanich Peninsula with her husband, cats and dogs. A passionate animal lover, Lindsay dreams of one day opening her own animal rescue. While away from the office, she enjoys engaging with all that North Saanich has to offer: biking, swimming, perusing farmers markets, and enjoying local bites with family and friends.

There’s something about Vancouver Island that stays with you. Maybe it’s the breezy ocean air, or the winding roads that always seem to lead to another hidden gem. Growing up on Quadra Island and calling Victoria home since 2011, I’ve spent my life exploring this extraordinary place.
For me, real estate is more than square footage or market trends. It’s about connecting with clients, understanding needs and lifestyle, and helping people find solutions that truly fit. Whether you’re looking for a home that reflects your dreams or you’re ready to sell and step into your next chapter, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
What drives me most are the connections with clients, with homes, and with the stories that unfold when someone finds where they truly belong. I love wandering through Victoria’s vibrant, eclectic neighbourhoods, discovering what makes each home special, whether I’m helping buyers fall in love or helping sellers highlight what makes their property one of a kind. Some of my favourite days involve a matcha in hand, exploring with clients, and negotiating deals while keeping the process as smooth as possible.
When I’m not helping clients navigate their real estate journey, you’ll find me on the water with my paddleboard, seeking out the island’s best plant-based eats, enjoying live music at local venues or out on a road trip to another beautiful corner of this island we call home.
